TIMES TABLES ROCKSTARS – EXCEED ROCKSTAR RUMBLE! Get ready, Knowleswood, to showcase your amazing times tables talents as we will be taking part in the Exceed Rockstar Rumble! 19th–23rd October 2026 7:00am–5:00pm This exciting challenge will be taking place across all Exceed schools, giving our pupils the opportunity to compete, challenge themselves and showcase the fantastic mathematical skills within their school community. Knowing our times tables quickly and confidently is an important part of becoming a successful mathematician. Strong multiplication facts support children with division, fractions, problem-solving and more complex maths, while regular practice helps build speed, accuracy and confidence. Throughout the week, pupils will be challenged to answer as many questions as possible, with the winning class being the one with the highest number of correct answers per pupil. So, Knowleswood Rockstars, it's time to show Exceed what you've got! Practise your tables. Challenge yourself. Support your class. Juniper Class have had a fantastic first day of their Focus Week at IntoUniversity! They have enjoyed taking part in an exciting carousel of activities linked to World War II. Throughout the day, the children have explored a range of topics, including WW2 and Europe, rationing, jobs during wartime and Morse code. The children have also spent some time researching a famous person from World War II, learning about their life, achievements and contribution during the war. It has been a busy and engaging first day, with lots of opportunities for the children to develop their knowledge and understanding of this important period in history. We are looking forward to seeing what the rest of Focus Week brings! LEARNING WITHOUT LIMITS #WeExceed
